Temple Judea Reserved Seating Plan 2010
(1) Payment of full dues and any past amounts due Temple Judea must be received at the Temple office by July 30, 2010 for a member to be eligible for an assigned reserved seat for the upcoming High Holy days. “Eligibility” does not mean that a reserved seat is “guaranteed”. Those who arrange for an accepted monthly payment plan by July 30th (i.e., three “automatic” monthly payments by credit card commencing with July) will also be eligible. (Those on reduced payment plan “scholarship” arrangements will receive unreserved seating.)
(2) Subject to the above, all congregants who held reserved seats in 2009 will receive the same seats this year provided: In a few instances in 2009, eligible congregants who held certain reserved seats in 2008 were, through error, switched to other reserved seats. Upon request, in such instances, the 2008 seats will be “restored” if possible. This may result in changing seats of those who were assigned such seats of others in 2009.
(3) All those in Category (2) (above) will, if requested, be given first opportunity to change to other reserved seats that may open for this year
(4) After filling reserved seats as above, all remaining reserved seats will be made available to those who indicate they will be present for the High Holy Day Services, did not hold a reserved seat in 2009, and request one this year. A “random draw” will determine the order of selection of remaining reserved seats.
(5) A request/information form regarding reserved seating will be included with dues statements. Return of the completed form with the dues payment is required in order to obtain a reserved seat. Failure to complete and return the form may result in loss of eligibility for a reserved seat.
(6) Guest tickets (for reserved seating) must be requested with return of the (5) form. Only children of members or other guests who may be visiting from out of Orange County are eligible for a reserved seat (or for any “guest ticket rate”).
